Next week it is time again: Siemens Digital Industries Software publishes the NX CAM Release 2212. On the schedule are again some new functions and enhancements. Of course you will receive information about the new functions as soon as the release is published. We have already compiled some information that you can use to prepare for the update.

How you prepare for the update!
The update is coming. What do you need to consider?
- You should check which JANUS products (TMGR, postprocessors, machine simulations or other API programs) you use in connection with NX. Take these into account when updating and also bring them up to date.
- Check your hardware configuration. For example, many people do not know that NX Continuous Release is only supported on the Windows 10 operating system.
- It is important that you not only update NX, but also your knowledge! The qualification of your employees and colleagues is crucial to efficiently implement the innovations in your company.
- Attention: with an update to NX version 2212 also an update of your license server is necessary. To ensure a smooth update of your license server, we are happy to support you.
