Everyone who registered for the NX CAM Day 2025 using our registration form will receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided. Unfortunately, it is possible that this email may have ended up in your spam folder.

I selected my preferred presentations during registration. Is my selection binding?
The preselection helps us plan the appropriate room sizes for each presentation. If you change your mind, you are free to attend any other presentation at any time.

Where can I find suitable parking?
The Neckar Forum has an underground garage with 276 parking spots, open at all times. Entry is on Urbanstraße 8.
Parking fees:
Per hour (or part thereof) 2,00 €
Daily maximum 14,00 €
Charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the underground garage.

Will food and drinks be provided at the NX CAM Day?
Absolutely! JANUS will take care of your needs. Snacks and lunch from various cuisines as well as hot and cold drinks will be available.
Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?
The Neckar Forum Esslingen offers free public Wi-Fi, which you can use at no cost as a participant of the NX CAM Day.
Will the presentations be recorded?
There will be no live recordings or live broadcasts of all presentations. However, we plan to make the most highly attended presentations available as webinars on our YouTube-Channel after the NX CAM Day.
