An essential improvement that benefits everyone
Several months ago, the management of JANUS Engineering France decided to upgrade its online support service to a new tool. This decision stems from our ambition to provide all our customers with a continuous quality service and a simplified online experience.
The objective comprises two key points that are interconnected :
- Improving the digital experience for our customers
- Improve and facilitate the processing of requests for our support teams, enabling us to improve the efficiency of our support service.
Concrete changes
What will change in practice is how look like the platform, how to create a new request, and the precision allowwed to specify the subject of a request.
Not an evolution of the actual platform but a real chnage : We have choose to use a new tool to optimize the experience externally and internally, our assistance team can access quickly to all the customer information allowing to push a better and quick answer !
