We are delighted to share an exciting update on our corporate strategy. Janus Engineering France recently launched its global development program, "Accelerate", and the results speak for themselves ! Our company has experienced robust growth and intends to further strengthen its market position through this innovative & ambitious initiative.

Initiated by our CEO, Nicolas SIMON, and driven by the corporate management board & each of our collaborators, the "Accelerate" program has been designed to evolve our working methods, to innovate faster, smarter and to serve our customers, with customer-centricity at the heart of everything we do. This bold initiative aims to accelerate our growth and solidify our market presence by leveraging our technical expertise, commitment to excellence and passion for innovation, all with the ultimate goal of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

    With "Accelerate", we have strengthened our commitment to customer-focused innovation. We invest in new technologies, new tools and new approaches to meet the evolving needs of our customers, ensuring that every solution we offer is tailored to their specific requirements.

This recruitment challenge was met with the arrival of more than five new recruits (on our scale, this is very important).  We firmly believe that our team is our most valuable asset, and we are committed to providing our employees with a stimulating environment conducive to professional growth. With an improved Onboarding cycle, we ensure that our new recruits integrate quickly and seamlessly. "Accelerate" has also led to an improvement in operational efficiency through the introduction of new internal processes and tools, enabling us to better respond to our customers' needs while improving the quality of our services.
