Siemens announced at the beginning of June that the Windows 10 Update v2004 has a bug that prevents NX1884, Simcenter 3D 2019.2 (v1884), and all prior releases from launching as well as Teamcenter and integrations before version 12.2.0.2. This included the interactive launch in native, managed mode as well as invoking any NX session using external custom NXOpen applications.
Resolution:
Siemens Digital Industries Software believes that the problem where NX fails to load a library after the Windows 10 Feature Update 2004 (19041) will be resolved by changes made to the Windows 10 Operating System.
