Your Responsibilities
- Consultancy tasks
After a period of induction with your colleagues, you will independently undertake customer projects relating to CAM manufacturing processes. This means you will assist our customers with the introduction of or system conversion to NX CAM and make customer-specific modifications and configurations in the system. - Developing and implementing solutions
You will work intensively with our CAD/CAM software solutions, adapt them to suit customer requirements and implement them. You will, for example, implement post-processors for individual customer requirements in practice and support our CAM hotline in finding solutions for customer needs and questions. - Training activities
You will pass on your experience and the knowledge you have acquired to system users, creating the basis for the successful application of our software solutions. - Personal development

Your Profile
- Communication and presentation skills
For the role of Application Consultant we are looking for an approachable, communicative employee who can understand and convey complex topics. - Open and willing to learn
You are open to new experiences and look forward to working in a variety of areas and constantly learning new things as an on-site Application Consultant. In your training activities you see the opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge and continue to develop yourself. - Analytical skills
Our customers are the focus of our work, so analytical skills are an important requirement in recognising customer expectations and demands. In addition, you should also be able to clarify and ascertain details of these requirements, in order to gain an understanding of customer problems and solve them. - Professional experience
You have experience in the area of machine or tool and mould construction, or from related professions, and therefore have a good understanding of the technical issues relating to machining. - Knowledge of the Siemens NX system
You already have a basic knowledge of NX as well as experience and knowledge of NC programming, either using a programming system or directly on the machine. Designing and implementing application-oriented programming are also nothing new to you. - Language skills
Very good German language skills and at least a working knowledge of English are required. - Flexibility
A willingness to travel completes your profile.
