LinkedIn Contest 3Dconnexion x Janus Engineering Rules

Article 1 - GAME ORGANIZATION
Janus Engineering France, registered with the Trade and Companies Registry under number: 437695778 and whose registered office is located at 13 rue Camille Desmoulins, 92130 Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France and the company 3Dconnexion SAM, registered under number: 11S05451 and whose registered office is located at 7 Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, 98000, Monaco, again in their own name and on their own behalf, are organizing a Contest in the form of a draw, free of charge and without any obligation to purchase.
Article 2 - TIMETABLE
The game will take place from Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to July 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., followed by an electronic draw starting at 2:00 p.m.
Article 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This game is free and open to all individuals over 16 years of age, with Internet access, a valid email address, an active LinkedIn account and residing in metropolitan France, with the exception of the staff of the organizing company, as well as any person who participated in the development of the game.
The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and contests.
Any minor participant must nevertheless obtain the prior authorization of one of his parents or legal guardian to participate in the game.
The above-mentioned organizing companies may ask any minor participant to provide proof of this authorization and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot provide proof of this authorization.
The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.
Article 4 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This game takes place exclusively on the social network LinkedIn.com on the dates indicated in Article 2.
Users, to participate in this game must:

Entrants can participate 24 hours a day, seven days a week by logging onto the Janus Engineering France LinkedIn page via any standard browser.
Participation in the sweepstakes requires access to LinkedIn, which requires the creation of a user account. This entry is limited to one per person. The IP address will be used as proof of this single entry. It is forbidden for a participant to play with multiple IP addresses / LinkedIn user account.
Article 5 - THE PRIZE GIVEN
The prize at stake is a CadMouse Pro Wireless. Product of the brand 3Dconnexion with a value of 119,00€ HT or 142,80€ TTC.
Article 6 - CONDITIONS FOR AWARDING THE PRIZE
The participant having fulfilled the conditions of participation and having been drawn at the end of the defined period of play, at the time of the electronic drawing carried out at the dates and hours defined in article 2, will be recognized as winner of the play and will be the subject of a contact on behalf of the company Janus Engineering France. The prize will be given to its winner, once his complete coordinates transmitted: Name, First name, Address, Email address, Phone number. These will be shared with the company 3Dconnexion, in charge of shipping the product. (Article 8.).
Article 7 - LIST OF WINNERS
The name of the winner can be obtained through a written request made by post to Janus Engineering Franc, 7 allée Métis, Odyssée A, 35400 St-Malo, France. If the winner authorizes it during the contact made by Janus Engineering (Article 6.), the result can be communicated publicly.
Article 8 - PERSONAL DATA
The only personal data collected during this contest will be: the first names and surnames of the participants. These data will be processed only for the purpose of verifying the validity of the participation by the conditions defined in Article 4.
Additional data collected for the purpose of sending the prize to the potential winner, as mentioned in Article 6, will only be used for the above-mentioned verification purposes and will be transmitted to 3Dconnexion for shipping purposes (Article 8).
In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act (Loi informatique et Libertés n°78-17 du 6 Janvier 1978), participants in this Contest have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal information concerning them. They can exercise this right at the following addresses Janus Engineering France 7 Allée Métis, Odyssée 2, 35400 St-Malo, France and 3Dconnexion 7 Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, 98000, Monaco, after the end of the Contest.
Article 9 - LIABILITY
The responsibility of the organizing companies will not be incurred if a person :
- Suffered a technical failure of any kind (state of the line, server incident, accidental disconnection ...)
- Provided inaccurate or incomplete contact information that would not allow the said companies to inform him/her of his/her win or to send him/her the property that may be awarded.
- The company responsible for the communications between the winner and the organizing companies is Janus Engineering France.
3Dconnexion cannot be held responsible for the incorrect transmission of information to the potential winner.
- The company in charge of the shipment and compliance of the prize awarded to the potential winner is 3Dconnexion.
The responsibility of Janus Engineering cannot be incurred in the case of any non-compliance related to the winning of the said product, its delivery or the associated service(s).
Participation in the Contest by Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the technologies used by the Internet and the technologies linked to it, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring data, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission, in the absence of protection of certain data against possible hijacking and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the organizing companies cannot be held responsible (without these remarks being restrictive) for any possible breakdown and/or transmission and/or reception of data and/or information on the Internet.
