From here you can :

It's here that you can easily create all your request to our support team.
From here you can :

  • Request for help & debug
  • Request for improvement on a software
  • Ask an question about the use of our products and services...
  • You can access it from the home page by clicking on "open a new request" or "start now", or from the header menu by clicking on "Help desk".

3 - My account

This is your personal area !
From here you can :

  • Follow your open request
  • See what personal data we possess
  • Update them  to enable us to communicate correctly with you
  • You can access it by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner, then on "My account".
