A3D Design supports them in research and development, thanks to its expertise in studies, design and implementation of a wide range of systems.
Today, A3D Design has NX-equipped workstations connected to 5-axis milling machines, two of which are high-speed milling machines. All are equipped with Siemens, and all milling machine control solutions come from Siemens, including machine kinematics simulation.

The NX integrated solution
Equipped with NX software since 1988, this integrated solution enables them to quickly rework models during development, and even during a meeting with the customer.
JANUS Engineering implemented NX for A3D Design, including deployment of the simulation software and its integrated verification (ISV) for programming 5-axis machines. Tool paths are determined using NX CAM, and collisions and machine kinematics are validated in real time with NX CAM's ISV software. Thanks to NX, A3D Design is able to calculate the cost of the project, define the real time of the study and present a global offer for the design and production of a principle model, a prototye or a specimen.
